Quick and easy step by step balloon bouquet this video is up on tik tok just speeded up to 60 seconds so I hope this is more helpful I use quadalex balloons in royal blue size 11inch round with shine and a 32 inch foil balloons which I purchased off amazon I definitely think is smaller the 32 .. though I used one 260 balloons a balloon sizer used size 8 for the bottom balloons and 7inch for the top balloons the sizer was purchased from @claudiascreations off Instagram
