Aeroflot Boeing 777-300ER spill some fuel on takeoff.

SU106 was heading from Moscow to Los Angeles and just reached the cruise altitude when one of the American passengers felt sudden health deterioration. Captain decided to abort a flight and make an emergency landing at the nearest airport, which appeared to be Pulkovo.
After dumping enough fuel airplane performed a safe landing and the patient was immediately carried out of the plane by doctors, by the moment of departure he was in the hospital.
After two hours at the gate aircraft continued its flight and at the beginning of takeoff wasted some fuel that stuck in pipes during dumping.
