Why China’s Creepy "Social Credit" is Coming to the US

Credit Building app: http://bit.ly/novitafinancial

New credit systems are popping up, claiming to boost your score immediately. First Ultrafico at the beginning of 2019, and now Experian Boost, but should you use them?

These credit systems take in your personal data and use it to compare you to a trained dataset. This technology is called machine learning, and it's really powerful.

China uses a similar system at a much larger scale, factoring in way more than just financial data. Their system is called social credit, and it's maybe not as far away as you think.

With the machine learning algorithms behind systems like Ultrafico and Experian Boost, corporations can figure out a lot about you. Like way, way more than you'd ever want them to know.

Based on how you shop, they know your age, location, gender, sexual orientation. They can tell how you vote, and what your goals are. So how far is too far?
