Footage released from Customs and Border Protection shows the new 'Smart Wall' being built on Arizona's US-Mexico border. According to the agency, the wall features black-painted, prefabricated bollard panels. The border wall section within the Tucson Sector is aiming to curb illegal entry and smuggling, they continued.
