Talks at Google welcomes digital media veteran and diversity and inclusion champion Saleha Williams. Saleha has over 25 years of senior management experience, working for companies such as the BBC, Sky, News International and the 2012 London Olympics. She has a huge passion for diversity and inclusion and has put initiatives into practice across the media and entertainment industries at a global level.

Saleha talks about how positive psychology has impacted her life from a very young age. She discusses the realities of being a woman working in tech, how we can all optimise our lives using proven scientific neurological techniques and why finding allies is so important.
