Materials needed:
50x50mm square tube
40x40mm square tube
100x8mm flat bar
mdf wood (thickness doesn't matter, use what you can get)
22mm skateboard bearings (you can use bigger bearings if you want)
quality plywood for the step pulleys

This is my professional homemade belt grinder. I'm totally satisfied by it, it is exactly how i wanted. I build it with only basic tools almost everyone who has a little shop should have: angle grinder, welder, drill press, table saw and wood bandsaw. i will add the project soon, i tried to keep it the most simple possible, cause simpler is always better.
