1985 Atlantic Hurricane Season Animation v.2.

The 1985 Atlantic Hurricane Season was a near-average hurricane season memorable for several storms that impacted land. Hurricane Gloria was the strongest hurricane of the year and made significant impacts across the eastern seaboard in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and New England. Hurricane Elena also gained infamy for its major impacts on the Gulf Coast and the confusion it caused by making two track reversals in the Gulf of Mexico before impacting the United States. Hurricane Juan was also notable for its erratic track as it impacted Louisiana.
