Poem:

‘I decorate this collage of stories,
almost teary-eyed I am,
of every person that
I have ever come across
and a realm of beauty that I saw.

I remember the most beautiful smiles.
I remember the perfect goodbyes;
though they were rare.

At the end of it all
all I can say is this:

not every story was perfect
a lot of chances I did miss
a lot of people I did hurt
not to mention the pain,
that I too did feel
but here's the secret which I wanted to reveal

every face has a beautiful story,
a piece of which will rest on my collage forever.
I chose the most beautiful pieces,
I swear
I just hope others did the same for me.’
