Gupkar gang against 'One India'; But Congress continues to be their ally? | The Newshour Debate

On The Newshour Debate with Navika Kumar, the Indian National Congress is facing its biggest test of nationalism, in a desperate bid for political relevance after its loss in Bihar, Congress has now joined hands with the Gupkar alliance for the Jammu and Kashmir DDC and Panchayat polls. This is the same alliance that has insulted the Tiranga, mocked the braves. Today, the Congress has joined the alliance led by the dynasts Abdullah’s and Mufti’s, the Bhartiya Janata Party asks, ‘to what extent will the grand old party compromise on its patriotism for a handful of votes’. The country's opposition party has now stooped to a new low, in order to counter BJP in Jammu and Kashmir elections. Members of the Gupkar alliance have repeatedly provoked Kashmiris by saying that rest of the country is against them.
