Primary complete laparoscopic cytoreduction (en-block hysterectomy with sigmoid & rectum resection & pelvic peritoneumectomy; atypical liver resections; right hemicolectomy; total stripping and partial resection of the right diaphragm; partial stripping of the left diaphragm; omentectomy; splenectomy; partial parietal peritoneumectomy; pelvic and paraaortal lymph-node sampling; ileo-transverso and descendo-recto-anastomosis).
25 y.o. pt, with T3cN0(17)M0G3, PCI=19, PIV=6, serous ovarian carcinoma (high grade serous carcinoma of the Muellerian epithelium (G3). Immunophenotype: overexpression p53, ER-positivity in 60% of the tumor cells, PR-positivity in 30% of the tumor cells, moderate expression of CA 12-5, strong expression of WT1 (nuclear), proliferation fraction (Ki67): 25%.).
Total operation time was 10 hours. Blood-loss 700 cc. Completeness of cytoreduction - CC0. Before surgery: ovarian cancer T3NxM0G3, PCI=19, PIV=6.
