Making Wooden Wheels on the Table Saw
This is not really a safe way to make wheels! The table saw is probably the most dangerous woodworking tool, a band saw would be much safer for making wheels, but I don't have one.
I'm using exterior grade film coated plywood, since these wheels were used for the outdoor magnetic sweeper I made last week. The plywood is quite thin, but good enough for my purpose. Wheels can be made in any thickness, limited only by the height the saw blade can rise.
