Some thoughts on tools for HIS pacing. The Worley sheath takes you toward the HIS but is too long and the curve may not be exactly correct. Once shortened you can change the curve by cutting off the tip at points. Also a shortened Jumbo Worley gives another curve to work with. I suspect adding the modified Worley sheath to the existing MDT his pacing catheter might be the best. Modification of the 5.5-F Hook LVI sub-selector (or one of the other 3 shapes) provides additional options for the MDT 3830 lead. For standard size leads you can consider shortening the 9-F LVI (7-F lumen) and advancing through a modified Worley sheath to direct toward the septum. #dontdisthehis #EPeeps @gopi_gdanda1 @KennethEllenbo1 #options.
