An introverts guide to speaking up in meetings! (And why it matters)

Are you an introvert struggling to participate or speak up in meetings? As introverts, large group settings can often be intimidating for us and most meeting formats do not lend themselves to the way in which we prefer to interact. In this video, I share tips that introverts can use to become more visible and contribute in meetings. I have used these tips myself to gradually build my confidence over time.
