• A perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and sell your content—globally and forever
• They can use your timeline media for ads, licensing, and more, even after you stop using the app
• This applies even to private, unpublished edits if you’re logged in and online
• CapCut is owned by ByteDance, which means the Chinese government can legally access your data

📊 How It Compares:
• Meta (Instagram/Facebook): They lose rights if you delete your content. CapCut? Keeps it forever
• Adobe: Clearly says they won’t use your footage for AI training and gives users opt-outs
