How Our Day-One Training Sets New Agents Up for Success

Our training program starts day one 🎯.

Actually, if we back up a little bit — you pass your real estate class, you pass your test, and then you wait on DPOR (which feels like forever 😅).
Usually, that wait is anywhere from two to eight weeks before you officially get your license.

While you're waiting, we have background material you can dive into — just to start learning more about the company and what we do 🧠.

Once you get your actual real estate license and join your local association — you’re officially a Realtor 🏡.
At that point, you can start working and selling on day one.

Our training program isn’t just sitting behind a computer.
It’s not just reading a bunch of PDFs.

There are videos, fieldwork, and real-world activities — like driving around and checking out what’s on the market 🚗.

Our team does a great job training new Realtors.
We offer ride-alongs, shadowing, and something we call show–shadow–do 👥.

We show you how to do it.

You shadow other agents as much as you want, as many times as you want — to get different perspectives.

And then you go out and do it ✅.
