I got 4 questions regarding wiki / knowledge management tools (like Google Sites, Confluence etc.) from one of you guys. Great questions and a topic that I never really covered so far. So here are my thoughts and experiences. If you want to jump to the questions you can click the links below:
1:43
What do you use as a wiki tool?
2:43
What are the top 3 tools?
3:21
Where do you see wiki tools in the context of collaboration?
4:15
Where do you make, collect and structure your notes?
Thanks for watching and if you need more details on what I mean by “use a tool that integrates with your existing tools check out this video with Konrad, the founder of keeeb.com a tool that brings enterprise knowledge management to the next level.
Also I recommend to try our Confluence if you can imagine to work in that tool. Sites if you run Google/G Suite and if you want to have a look for Wiki tools without collaboration feature (I really do not recommend that) these are some options MoinMoin, DokuWiki, Twiki, Wikidot, Wikispaces, MediaWiki.

Christoph is an entrepreneur since high school. After graduating from St. Gallen University, he co-founded a mobile phone reCommerce company which grew from 1M to 31M in revenue in less than 5 years. To scale the business he wouldn’t just add manpower. Instead, he was obsessed with increasing individual productivity through latest online collaboration tools and new work methods.
This new digital setup triggered many requests from fellow entrepreneurs to support them in building the same environment in their companies. This is how the idea for Blackboat was born. A tech focused company designed to help leaders increase team efficiency by leveraging cloud tools and fast communication.
Christoph is also a keynote speaker and he shares his experiences, thoughts and ideas about #EndOf90iesIT and #futureofwork via his YouTube channel and Facebook page.
His team has been involved in projects with clients like Facebook, mymuesli.com, thjnk AG, Nestlé, Microsoft, Google, Service Partner One, Amorelie.de, AboutYou.de, E.ON, Mediakraft et. al.
