City of Heroes 2019 - Influence Trick and Memorizing Recipes

This is a badge or "trick" that lets you learn the recipes for crafting IOs (Invention Enhancements). If you are new you can sell these to make some decent influence (money) or at the very least you could have a central crafter that makes all your enhancments at almost half the cost.

I might not have mentioned but the memorized recipes are grouped together, like accuracy and ToHit Buff are shared, same with Defense and Resist Damage, so make sure you haven't already unlocked a recipe before you go trying to memorize it.
