1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of @informal-tech, their immediate family members, and anyone involved in the administration of this giveaway are not eligible. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted starting on the date and time this video is published and ending on September 30 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time. All entries must be received before the deadline.

4. How to Enter:

Subscribe to the @informal-tech YouTube channel

Comment on the giveaway video with your favorite Halloween movie that you would want to watch using the RayNeo Air 3s or 3s Pro if you win Only one entry per person is allowed. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different identities, email addresses, or other methods will void all that entrant's entries.

5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive one pair of RayNeo Air 3S Pro XR glasses, currently valued at $299 (new). One (1) winner will receive one pair of RayNeo Air 3S XR glasses, currently valued at $239 (new). The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing using https://commentpicker.com/. The winners will be notified via the email on their YouTube channel or a reply to their comment on the giveaway video within five (10) business days following the end of the giveaway. The winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

7. Rights Granted by You: By entering this giveaway, you understand and agree that @informal-tech, anyone acting on behalf of @informal-tech, and its licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Terms & Conditions: @informal-tech reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should any cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.

9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless @informal-tech and YouTube from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur directly or indirectly from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
