New Google plus community test "Watchmen"

This is kind of a spinoff of the old Prepper report, and I have no idea if it will work or if there will be any interest. It is basically going to be a weekly video conference of volunteers that each have a specific area of the globe to watch for catastrophic or profitic events in their area. We will probably have to draw straws when assigning regions unless someone has particular expertise in one or another area.
