A raíz de la serie de HBO CHERNOBYL, la zona de exclusión se ha convertido en un gran atractivo turístico logrando gran cantidad de visitas, visitas que se restringen solo a lugares descontaminados o con muy bajo nivel de radiación. Sin embargo, aún quedan varios lugares que todavía son peligrosamente radiactivos, lugares tan inhabitables, tan locos que su visita está absolutamente prohibida.
