Artist in Residence: Love Ssega

We are delighted to announce Artist, Songwriter and Producer Love Ssega who is the founding songwriter and lead vocalist of Grammy Award-winning Clean Bandit - as our Artist in Residence for 2022-23.

First launched in 2020, the residency programme is a collaboration between Philharmonia and a highly acclaimed artist from a non-classical tradition, exploring the fusion of art forms and music’s place in the digital world.

In this video, we speak with London-born Ssega to explore themes like climate change, social justice and his plans as Artist in Residence and what to expect musically in this collaboration.
