4 ½ cups zucchini, grated
2 ½ - 3 cups quick oats
1 cup cashew nuts, chopped small
5 tablespoons chicken style seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup gluten flour
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1-2 medium onions, diced fine

Vegan Chocolate Zucchini Cake Recipe
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cup white sugar
1/4 cup plant butter softened
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup non diary milk ( i mixed in 2 Tbs of vegan yogurt)
1 teaspoons baking soda
1/3 cup flax egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups grated zucchini, using the small grater
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 cup chocolate chips
