You can hear an odd clink or clunk and then your overlocker is unthreaded, you can't explain why but the chain seems to be fine, so the timing isn't really off, or is it?

Let me show you what to do if your needles are hitting the loopers.

This is making the assumption that your needles are fine and have been replaced with new, and that they are inserted fully and correctly. Clean the Machine and oil in the parts as directed. You can check my video on how to thread up your overlocker to be sure.

Differential Feed = 1.0
Stitch Length = 3.0
Stitch/ Knife Width = 5
Presser Foot Pressure Height =1.0cm
