Down to the River / The Duhks / Telluride 2008

At the 2008 Telluride Bluegrass Festival, the Duhks brought some serious joie de vivre and multilingualism into the valley, along with with a hail storm that thoroughly energized the crowd. These guys just blended with the audience.

The filming of this was tough and fun. Because of the storm, we sent one camera back to a tent, so it's focus is less sharp. Another we had someone hold a coat over, and the third we brought up on stage. The result is a lot of energy, but a bit of blur.
