I'm very proud of this remake-compilation, it took me a very long time and I think I managed to connect the songs in fluid transitions without any breaks. As always, super famous bands were left out because I don't want any restrictions.

Melodic Death Metal took many directions over the years. Bands started to add various elements from other genres to the typical gothenborg sound. Primarily induced was the sound of Metalcore by the use of clean vocals and synthesizers.
