Immunotherapy Research Using Car T-Cells to Destroy Cancer Cells
Over the last decade at Texas Children’s Cancer Center, we’ve made great strides in immunotherapy research based on specially-engineered immune cells, called CAR T-cells. With support from The Faris Foundation, Texas Children’s is conducting an immunotherapy clinical trial, HEROS 3.0, a huge step towards finding cures for recurrent sarcomas.
