REALISTIC BIRD - Drawing a Nankeen Kestrel with colour pencils on smooth paper. Luminance, Lightfast

I thoroughly enjoyed this week's subject matter, the Nankeen kestrel. I don't often draw on smooth paper as I prefer textured but I still find it important to practice on it. I've used all of my colour pencil brands that you saw me organising in last weeks colour pencil organisation video, Faber-Castell Polychromos, Caran D'Ache Luminance, Derwent Drawing, Derwent Lightfast and Derwent Coloursoft. Each brand has different colours that were very useful throughout the piece.
