Sunset Ranches HD Video, Hudspeth County, Texas

This video is dated late 2019 / early 2020 on Vimeo, credit to Classic Country Land, LLC. I reposted here because there aren't many videos like it that show the roads. Sunset Ranches are huge 20+ acre lots with access via dirt roads in the proximity north of Sierra Blanca which is east of El Paso on I-10. The tracts can be miles away from paved roads so be aware of this. This land is for true outdoor / adventure enthusiasts and off-grid living. You'll likely need to rely on solar power and (and a solar well) unless you are close to the paved FM 1111. Water can also be purchased relatively cheaply from Sierra Blanca if you can transport it to your lot to avoid the cost of digging a well.
