SPTA Cordless 9mm Dual Action Polisher & Kit

This is a look at the new cordless DA Polisher from SPTA. It comes with a huge kit of goodies but it’s not powerful enough to use the 4” backing plate and pads. However, I found out it works decent with the 3” plate and pads, excellent with 2” & 1” backing plates and pads that I already had. This is more for easy application of glazes, waxes, & sealants but with the right technique can be used for light polishing.

Don’t expect huge correction from this tool. It’s NOT meant for that. What do you expect for $80? It is what it is and if you go into it knowing what to use it for and have the 1” & 2” backing plates you will be happier and get more use from it.
