Second Wave of Covid 19 in Canada

The second wave of Covid 19 in Canada is under way. You can see from the covid 19 stats that I show during the video that we are back at reported levels from April which was close to the highest daily reports.

As a result we are not in quarantine, because they vowed not to shut the economy down again, but we do have new restrictions. Ontario and Quebec are the two provinces most heavily hit in Canada and so further restrictions have been imposed.
