Want a mentor? Stop chasing one.

Be a great student. Study their content. Apply it. Get results.

Bring value. Send insights, customers, talent, or research—not empty compliments.

Then ask for micro advice.
Not, “Will you mentor me?”
Ask, “Can I get 10 minutes on this one decision?”
