Backpacking the Sierra: South Lake/North Lake Loop, Evolution Basin/Muir Pass/Kings Canyon

This is the very popular South Lake to North Lake loop in California's Sierra Nevada Mountains. It is in both Kings Canyon National Park, and the John Muir Wilderness. Highlights of the route include Bishop Pass, Dusy Basin, Le Conte Canyon, sections of the JMT (John Muir Trail) and PCT (Pacific Coast Trail), Muir Pass, Evolution Basin, Evolution Lake, McClure Meadows, Piute Canyon, Humphreys Basin, and Piute Pass. I did this trip in mid to late October, 2017. It was the last trip I took video of for 2017.
