"Pre-pooing" is excellent to give your hair an extra treatment before shampooing your hair on wash day. It helps with adding slip, moisture, and improving the overall health of your hair if you are looking to retain length also. Any hair type can do this treatment, and you can add the carrier oils of your choice. Doing pre-poo treatments during your weekly routine will improve the overall look and health of your hair.
