Chef Nat prepares Pad Thai at The Pad Thai Stand, San Diego

I first experienced pad thai while exploring the Street Food Market across from the Cruise Ship Terminal in San Diego. In this video, Chef Nat shows how he makes his delicious Pad thai. I chose chicken, and asked for it to be sweet, not spicy, so Chef Nat made me a pad thai with a flavor found in the Northern (Chiang-Mai) region of Thailand. Its preparation included noodles, egg, peanuts, smooth peanut sauce and a little bit of coconut cream, with bean sprouts and peanuts sprinkled on top just before it was served.
I must warn you: watching this video WILL make you hungry for his pad thai!
