EMBRACING NEGATIVE EMOTIONS - WHY IT'S GOOD WE AREN'T HAPPY ALL THE TIME: This video discusses why we should stop pushing away or ignoring negative emotions before we clearly receive their message. Negative emotions such as anxiety, fear, anger & frustration help aid in our survival, happiness, and well-being & can give us vital clues that a situation, relationship, or even a health concern might need our attention or action. We can successfuly manage and release negative emotions when we embrace the fact that we are experiencing them, determine why we have these feelings, and learn to understand the messages that they trying to signal to us. Today we will discuss the five steps we can take when we notice negative emotions so that instead of denying them, we can analyze them, learn from them, and receive the full benefits of this internal alert system. We will also discuss how to finally move on from negative emotions after we have completed this process. While they may be unpleasant to experience, these uncomfortable feelings can we very valuable when we are able to listen, and can help us heal and move on much faster when we do so.
