Sheriff Judd briefs the media about two separate, unrelated investigations:

Southeast District detectives arrested 20-year-old Marshall Hayes and 18-year-old Bellamia Sperandio for attempted murder in the shooting of a 15-year-old Lake Wales teen that occurred on June 23, 2020. Read the release: https://tinyurl.com/yd4244cp

Fraud detectives arrested 39-year-old Michael Folsom for misappropriation of construction funds. There are six different victims - all sub-contractors who were not paid in excess of hundreds of thousands of dollars after doing work for Folsom Construction Management.
