Week one = Restart + Reps (Build a strong base with foundational workouts)
Week two = Cardio and Condition (work on boosting your cardiovascular health and functional movement)
Week three = Target and Tone (specific muscle group focus and conditioning workouts)
Week Four = strengthen and sustain (total body workouts and sustainable health hacks to keep you on the right track all year long!)
Week Five = Strong for Life
