By being still, becoming part of the awareness behind our thoughts and feelings, and reconnecting to nature, we reconnect to our true nature and essence. This high vibrational self is YOU, at your most powerful. Allow yourself to figure out what helps you align with high vibes, and you will BE your HIGHER SELF.
