Gentle YOGA for Headache All Levels

Avoid any pose that causes pain. modify poses that need to be modified. Make sure to breathe deeply and relax your muscles. Yoga for headache. Appropriate for all levels; beginners are welcome. We will begin with pranayama, alternate nose breathing; some head, sinus, temple, earlobe and hand massage. We will work on shoulder tension, neck tension. We will realign the spine, perform some hip openers which help with the spinal alignment. The class is great for relieving tension, stress, insomnia, worry, anxiety.
The poses are relatively easy and appropriate for most people.
Use modifications if you need to.
