Cops searched the hospital room of a man with stage 4 cancer over cannabis — and they didn't even find any.

In medical marijuana and marijuana legalization news, Missouri police searched stage 4 pancreatic cancer patient Nolan Sousley's hospital room look for weed or cannabis. For many cancer patient, marijuana can be helpful.
Police in Missouri got a phone call on March 6, 2019 from a hospital security guard who said someone reported smelling weed emanating from Nolan Sousley’s room. Shortly after, 2 officers showed up to search the room and Sousley streamed the whole thing live on Facebook.
Sousley [off camera]: This is what, when you have stage 4 pancreatic cancer all my tribe mates. Here they are, I took—I had some capsules that had some THC oil in them—I took them outside on the parking lot. These are all the people—this is Tim Roberts. This is Tim Roberts, but I am gonna get arrested. They already told me I’m gonna get arrested.
Cop: If we find marijuana, we’ll give you a citation. We’re not taking you down to the county jail. But we haven’t found marijuana, so we’re not citing—
The police ended up finding CBD oil, which is legal in Missouri, so they left without citing Sousley.
