Why Goals Are Better Than Resolutions!

Since this is the first video of the new year, I thought it only prudent to start off with a video discussing New Year’s Resolutions. I despise New Year's Resolutions so in today’s video I’m going to share with you 5 reasons why setting goals is better than making resolutions.

Here are 5 reasons why goals are better than resolutions:

1. Goals are detailed
2. Goals are deliberate
3. Goals have a timeline
4. Goals are measurable
5. Goals are motivating

The bottom line is that it’s a lot easier to achieve a goal because it’s more tangible with set timelines and expectations rather than feeling like a chore. Now it’s your turn do you set resolutions? Could your resolutions be better achieved if you turned them into goals?
