Update on officer-involved shooting in Phoenix near 32nd and Van Buren streets

One person is dead following a shooting involving Phoenix police officers. Just after 11 a.m. Thursday, Phoenix police officers responded to a home near 32nd and Van Buren streets for a welfare check. Officials say they were called after someone reported seeing water running out of a house from the front and back.
