(BRAINGAMES TIMELINE-GA) Fox Animation Studios logo (2001-2010)

20th Century Fox had acquired the assets of Bandai in 2001 with many intentions, one of them being that they could make use of its IP for programming on an upcoming rename of Fox Family.

Another one of the things they did with the assets is that they combined all of their animation units (from across Fox itself and Bandai) into one, with the intention of doubling the studio's animated output, resulting in the creation of a new incarnation of Fox Animation Studios.

The logo shown here, penned by Simpsons creator Matt Groening, replaces the standard Fox logo when featured at the start of the film.
