WINTER WILD CAMP - HILLEBERG SOULO - Out a few nights ago to squeeze in a camp before Christmas. Not a great night to walk in due to the wind and rain, but the weather forecast delivered for once and the next morning the clouds disappeared.

This is a spot I haven't been to for about 20 years so I was relying on my memory (and a bit of technology, GPS) to find it despite the extremely misty conditions. The camp spot, close to Hen mountain is flat grass at the top of a gully with lots of rock pools for drinking water. Pretty much perfect...
