NWA Straight of of Compton Abbas Airfield - not sure if they were talking about Compton airfield :-)
What the video doesnt show is we were being bounced around like we were beans in a tin. Until the water that is, in future we will be flying at 50,000 feet or over water when its like that!
When we took off from Compton the left hand side of the runway is not an airstrip, we realised this when we were jumping up and down in the seats but it was way too late by then
The Skyranger handled it all very well and in hind sight speed may have had a contributory factor
