I was fairly impressed with the photo prints that came out of the Epson ET2750 - they were more than good-enough for home use.
You shouldn't buy an ET2750 as a photo-printer, the Ecotank model is designed to print lots of documents at a cheap-per-page price, but it will print out the occasional photograph very nicely.
