Undervalued = feeling resentful, like other people are better than you, not knowing how to speak up.
The problem of feeling undervalued is an area where many people struggle. Could be in intimate relationships, at work, with your kids, or in friendships.
Rooted in holding yourself in the pit and the other people around you on a pedestal.

Dr. Demartini, one of my mentor’s philosophy.
This framework of thinking has to do with realizing that we all have equal value but if you recognize your value, you're going to devalue yourself and overvalue others.
You’ll put yourself in the pit and other people on a pedestal, which gives them the unequal power distribution in relationship.
To stop doing this, you need to value yourself and develop self-confidence.

Self confidence = know, love, and trust yourself.
Working on self confidence allows you to value yourself more and hold yourself in equal exchange.
To be in alignment with the law of equivalent exchange
Because if out of balance, you're going to feel undervalued.
To create win-win collaborations, you've got to balance the equation by valuing yourself more.

To sum, if you want to have connected relationships you must learn to develop, cultivate, nurture, foster your self confidence.
Which gives you the ability to step into relationships in a balanced way
You see what you can bring to the table and you ask people to bring an equivalent exchange.
You ask your partner to balance the equation.
You ask your job to get paid what you're worth.
You create a company where you're not undercharging and undervaluing yourself.

Journal reflection: Consider - where in my relationships do I feel undervalued?

You’ll see clues for knowing where you undervalue yourself in the areas you hold resent, where you're thinking about feeling less than, where you're feeling jealous, or angry.
Consider - what can I do to create a more powerful me and develop self-confidence?

Take charge of your life and your outcome and your reality. You can do it!

Just don't hold yourself back anymore thinking that you're stuck and you can't change this reality.
