Bebop Dominant Scale | Using Chromatics On A Dominant Seventh Chord
In this episode I focus on the Bebop Dominant Scale or How To Use Chromaticism On A Dominant Seventh Chord. I break down the scale which is Bb C D Eb F G Ab A or 1 2 3 4 5 6 b7 maj7. I also explain how to imply other chords over a dominant seventh chord. So over Bb7 I am implying an Fmin7 to Bb7 or as is sometimes called twoing the V. In certain cases I use a secondary dominant V7/ii before the ii chord.
