2 Snacks Recipes: Potato Smiley Face & Potato Rolls Recipe

Whether you're planning a party, looking for a fun activity with the kids, or just want to try something new, these recipes are sure to bring a smile to your face. We'll be making Potato Smiley Faces and Potato Rolls. Let's get started!
Potato Smiley Faces
Instructions:
Boil the Potatoes: Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks. Boil them in salted water until they're soft and easily pierced with a fork.
Mash the Potatoes: Drain the potatoes and mash them until smooth. Ensure there are no lumps.
Prepare the Dough: Add cornstarch, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to the mashed potatoes. Mix well to form a dough.
Shape the Smiley Faces: Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick. Use a round cookie cutter or a glass to cut out circles. Use a straw to make the eyes and a small spoon to carve out the smile.
Fry the Smiley Faces: Heat oil in a deep pan. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the potato smiley faces and fry them until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Serve: Serve the potato smiley faces with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
Potato Rolls
