Hola Farmsteaders! Tapping maple trees for syrup is really a simple process. Jose and I are helping out my uncle for sapping season this year and he is teaching us how to tap the trees. Maple syrup is the first agricultural crop of the year in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, and being farmers we want to know how to tap into this valuable resource.
